Jasion EB5 Electric Bike

  • Power & Display: The 350W motor (peaking at 500W) handles hills and takeoffs really well, easily hitting the 20 MPH top speed. I’m a big fan of the upgraded LCD display—it’s easy to read in direct sunlight, and being able to adjust the backlight brightness (levels 1-5) is a small but awesome touch for night riding.

  • Battery Life: The 360Wh removable battery is a game-changer for convenience. I live in an apartment, so being able to take the battery upstairs to charge is perfect. On a mix of throttle and pedal assist, I’m getting right around 30-35 miles per charge, which lines up with the 25-40 mile estimate.

  • Versatile Riding Modes: I love having options. I usually cruise in PAS mode (level 2 is my sweet spot), but it’s great to have the pure throttle mode when I just don’t feel like pedaling. The walk mode (booster) is also a lifesaver—it actually helps push the bike up a steep ramp to my storage unit without breaking a sweat.

  • Comfort & Safety: The bike feels solid underneath me. The 26″ puncture-resistant tires give me confidence on gravel paths, and the front suspension takes the edge off bumpy roads. The mechanical disc brakes stop on a dime, which is crucial for city riding. Having both front and rear lights powered by the main battery is a huge plus for visibility.

  • Build & Design: It looks much sleeker than the price tag suggests. The matte finish and minimalist look are sharp. Despite the sturdy high-carbon steel frame, it’s manageable to lift and maneuver at just under 50 lbs.
